Plenty of local shopping and dining. No parties, no pets, no smoking, no unregistered guest without prior approval. Owners on the premises.

Sandy Beach on Lake Winnipesaukee | Little Bear

Little Bear is a charming lake cottage above a private sandy beach on Lake Winnipesaukee, where you can relax on the beach, swim, sunbathe and enjoy easy walks to restaurants and peaceful sunsets. Perfect for couples or small families looking for a relaxed Lake Winnipesaukee stay and a quieter setting than large resorts. Our sandy beach is small, private and away from public crowds. The cottage offers a cozy interior with a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for unwinding after a day on the water.

Oliver Lodge - AFrame

The A-Frame is located on a small island about 20 feet from shore in front of the Main Lodge. It has a dock for a power boat and a floating dock used for sun bathing, canoes and small boats. It features a full kitchen opened to the living / dining area with an electric fireplace, a futon sofa and a 3/4 bath. There is a large covered porch and an upper and lower deck. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms each with access to the upper deck. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has four twin beds.

It is also close to Mills Falls in Meredith, close to skiing, casual and fine dining, art shops, wineries, theatre, art and antique shops, just minutes to 2 - 4 hour hikes with great views of White Mountains and Lake Winnepesaukee, a beautiful Association Beach, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed, the kitchen, the high ceilings, its cleanliness, and coziness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Historic Stone Cottage

Summer is in full swing here in the Lakes Region! Both Squam and Winnipesaukee minutes away - vistas to enjoy the season all around. The cottage sleeps two but can accommodate an additional two on a comfortable sleeper couch. We even have room to park your boat and trailer! The stone building, a 1920s gatekeeper’s cottage, is part of a Gilded Age estate, and is lovingly restored to meet your needs in comfort, including a full kitchen, bath and geothermal central heat and a/c.

Hilltop Lakeview Retreat is a quiet and private modern oasis! Across the street from Lake Waukewan and a short walk to Main St in Meredith, NH, this 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home sleeps 12! Well behaved dogs are allowed with a pet fee. A 3 minute drive gets you to the Meredith town docks and Hesky Park. Stroll through the local shops and visit the restaurants for a culinary delight. Take in the Meredith Sculpture Art Walk, or Weirs Beach is only a 10 min drive.

Downtown! Studio w 3/4 Bathroom. Private Entrance!

This is one room with a queen bed and a 3/4 bathroom. Breakfast nook, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker. This room comes with it's own seperate entrance, private bathroom, and private patio (Patio is not open in the winter). Also we have off street parking for one or two cars. I am new to hosting, so for now please a two person max. Walking distance to downtown. Less than 100 yards and you are in the middle of downtown Meredith.
