Newly built home on 2.5 acres in south Boise. We are 15 minutes from the airport, downtown and the best shopping in Eagle and Boise. 550 sq./ft. mother-in-law quarters w/ private entrance and outdoor patio. Includes kitchenette, washer and dryer, private bathroom and large closet. Great for business travelers and couples. The space will sleep four, but you will have to like each other. Landscaping will be a work-in-progress. We have chickens.

Great place to stay, blocks from greenbelt, shopping center nearby with roller rink, ice cream, antique stores, gas station, post office, bank, restaurants, and a dollar store. There is a fantastic coffee shop on the corner and even a trapeze place that you can sign up for some classes. The house has great floorplan each room, each bed and bath is very private. Lots of outside seating as well.

My place is close to art and culture, great views, restaurants and dining, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the coziness and the comfy bed. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. We are near miles of foothills trails, walking distance to downtown, nestled in the quiet, desirable area of North Boise.
