Tiny home with cabin vibes

Our tiny home is set aside in an older, quiet neighborhood of Nampa, ID and has a rustic and cabin-esque feel. This is a cute home and comfortable stay for either a couple of days or a couple months! The tiny home comes equipped with a private fenced in area and a small hot tub. We are located 2 blocks from the NNU campus, 5 minutes from downtown Nampa, and 10 minutes to I84 - everything you need within an arm's reach! Private 2nd Floor Guest Suite

Points of Interest 10 min - The Village at Meridian - Kleiner Park 15 min - St. Luke’s Hospital Meridian - Green Belt - Meridian Idaho Temple 20-25 min - Wahooz - Roaring Springs - Boise State University - Table Rock - Ford Idaho Center 1 hr - Bogus Basin Ski Resort Parking & Entry Park in the driveway directly behind the small garage. Walk along the right side of house to back private stair entrance. Lockbox with key is located at the top of the staircase. Code for access is given prior.

Modern Farmhouse

This Mid Mod home was updated in 2022 with a Modern Farmhouse flair. The space is private, peaceful and centrally-located. The mall is just a 3 minute drive away and so is Downtown Boise, which is filled with restaurants, shopping, sites and more! Outdoor activities just minutes away. Plus The Village in Meridian is nearby ... you will love this location...it's one of my happy places. PLEASE NOTE: This unit is Non-Smoking/Vaping No pets allowed due to host family having pet allergies.

Bright, new country guesthouse

Spacious and serene country guesthouse with breathtaking Owyhee views. With a middle-of-nowhere feel, yet 15 min to stores. Convenient location to Lake Lowell, Best of Idaho wineries, Jump Creek, Snake River, Nampa, Marsing and Caldwell. EV Charger onsite. Tons of natural light, open concept with a full kitchen and large bathroom with tub/shower. One king bed and two twin beds (day bed). Huge 55" TV, strong wifi, private desk/workspace. Property is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. :(

Craftsman Treehouse Sanctuary

Treehouse Sanctuary is a hand-built guest space near downtown Boise. This light-filled 480 square ft upstairs studio boasts Idaho art, heated wood floors, farmhouse sink, gas stove, antique desk, firm but soft queen bed, record player, Bluetooth speakers, comfy reclining chair, clawfoot tub, and WiFi. No TV! Free on-street parking. Raised deck overlooks garden. Hot tub. Stairs to access. No pets. Owner lives in separate main home. LGBTQ welcome! Space resonates with peaceful, healing energy.

Draper’s Safe and Cozy Blue-Door Cottage

With the Draper Blue-door Cottage, we have tried to create a safe, comfortable and homey environment for your family to enjoy! It includes many amenities including a kitchen with cooking pans, dishes, utensils, basic spices. We also provide a Keurig coffee pot and waffle maker. Bathrooms have a shampoo, conditioner and shower gel caddy. Although I have a no pet rule, I can make exceptions with requests who agree to pay an additional $75 cleaning fee.

Gorgeous single level home with 2 KING beds and a queen bed. Located only 3 miles from the Meridian Village and 2 miles to downtown Eagle and the Boise River. Come for the river view and stay for the relaxation. Our studio is a private, separate guesthouse just a few steps from the south channel of the Boise River. It overlooks the river, has private parking and a private entrance. This studio suite includes a king-size bed, a kitchenette, and a private outdoor patio on the river. The kitchenette includes a range, dishwasher, refrigerator, a portable washing machine, and dryer.

There are 3 horses on property within fenced area. Owners are available anytime and are close by. House is a one bedroom, one bath fully stocked for a comfortable stay, lots of parking.

Sleep in with a noon checkout! This cozy 2-bedroom home is perfect for families. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with large island, two Roku TVs, games, books, and yard games. Relax in the shared backyard hot tub. Sleeps up to 6 with a King Tempur-Pedic bed, Queen, 2 Twins, pull-out couch, and crib. Peaceful, central location close to Roaring Springs and Wahooz!
