There are three quiet and private bedrooms upstairs. Two large bedrooms with inviting and enveloping queen beds and a third bedroom with a comfortable double bed. Also upstairs is the bathroom with the shower or soak in the luxury of a separate bath. There is a second toilet downstairs. A luxury in the central city, is the garage for off street parking for one small car. Free overnight parking off the street is available for a larger car. The building is located in one of Christchurch's thriving hotspots, the Victoria Street Precinct, complete with various top-rated restaurants. Hagley and Victoria Parks, The Art Gallery, Museum, Town Hall and Avon River are within walking distance. The choices are many and varied depending on your desire. Certainly walking is pleasant and convenient within the central city. Driving in Christchurch is easy and parking is readily available. Perhaps hire an electric bike dropped off to your door. Taxis are plentiful and the public bus from the airport to the city passes 1 minute away. Christchurch airport is a very easy 20 minute drive from the apartment Please note that the bedrooms and main bathroom is upstairs. There is no sleeping accomodation downstairs. Netflix is available for your entertainment should you choose to stay inand of course there is free wifi. The bus stop is a 2 minute walk. Please be aware that the kitchen & dining area are in the main house and are shared with the hosts. You are very welcome to use both areas. Airport transfers are $15 each way.

The Pool House @ Woodford Grace

The Pool House @ Woodford Grace is a one bedroom, separate private retreat next to our home and within lovely gardens in Christchurch. We are well located for getting around Christchurch easily. Approximately 15-20 mins walk from the Central City, about 10 mins from the historic Arts Centre and 3 mins walk to beautiful Hagley Park. The Airport Bus Route 8 stops outside our property. There are lovely cafes and restaurants to enjoy in the neighbourhood.
