The yard has a tree house and slide making it a perfect getaway for young families. It is also fully fenced -ideal for including your pooch on your getaway.

Pleasant Point cottage is only available for a maximum of 2 adults with parking for 1 vehicle.

It’s well located to walking & cycling tracks, food mart, take away shop, boat ramp and playgrounds. The cool Dromana cafe/bar vibe is only 4 mins drive away. Dogs are allowed but please check strict rules below.

Alternatively, it may be the perfect romantic or friends getaway. The accommodation is ideally situated 300m away from the raw beauty of Rye back beach, which almost feels like your own private oasis. Grab a few drinks in an esky and enjoy the beautiful sunset or a peaceful morning walk along the water. Only 1 small pet is allowed!

'FLORIDA' - TRANQUIL BEACH HOUSE RETREAT

Ventnor is the place to go if you want some peace and quiet. Bordering on acreage farmland, 'Florida' is your little piece of serenity. The house is on a 740m2 fully fenced block with beautiful gum trees that provide both shade and privacy. The outside deck is perfectly located off the living area and has a BBQ, table and chairs. Inside is an open living area that includes kitchen, dining and lounge with a rustic wood fireplace. We are pet friendly and all bed linen and towels are provided.

Cloud Cottage - Sea Views, Birds & Greenery

Nestled high in Arthur’s seat the beautiful Cloud Cottage exudes character. With stunning views of Port Phillip Bay and numerous attractions just walking distance or a short drive away. This home is close to everything the Mornington Peninsula has to offer while providing a beautiful calming escape. Ideally suited for large families or groups of up to 4 adults (Loft area is set-up for kids and not ideal for adults).
