You will have exclusive access to our entire guest suite including a large living area, spacious bedroom, private bathroom, kitchenette appliances, and dining/bar area. The space is geothermally heated so you won't run out of hot water and the concrete floors are warm on bare feet. When the space isn't rented, we love to host happy hours for our friends and neighbors.

The Sunset Ranch

Sunset Ranch is just far enough away from the busyness of town to enjoy the most brilliant star-filled skies from the deck or take a short walk to the top of our property and watch the sun set over Klamath Lake! Situated off of Hwy 97, we are conveniently located just 5 minutes from Oregon Tech and Sky Lakes Medical Center. Downtown Klamath Falls is just 8 minutes away.

Best place in town for families or a group of up to 6 friends and coworkers. The house is new and completely remodeled inside. The only truly comparable spaces are in Running Y, which is 20-30 minutes out of town, but this is in the quiet suburbs while still being close to everything. Private Basement Studio Hideaway

Basement studio is located near the hospital, Oregon Tech college campus, downtown and several restaurants. Build completed in January of 2022 by owners. There is a TV and strong Wi-Fi is available. You may hear footsteps from overhead walking as original hardwood is a bit creaky in spots. You get a jug of pre-filtered electrolyzed reduced hydrogen water in the fridge as well as pre-filtered water right from the kitchen tap and a pre-filter on the shower. Have questions? Ask me.
