Follansbee Inn on Kezar Lake

Our historic lakeside inn/bed & breakfast has 18 individually decorated guest rooms waiting for you - at a unique setting on Kezar Lake, one of New Hampshire's most beautiful lakes. We're located in the quiet village of North Sutton (just south of New London in the Sunapee/Dartmouth region of New Hampshire and mere minutes from Mount Sunapee, a winter delight that boasts the finest snow in New Hampshire and a summer adventure land with zip lines and other exciting activities). For generations, Follansbee Inn on Kezar Lake has beckoned adults and older children who long for an active, natural and environmentally friendly vacation. Our guests come from near and far to enjoy outdoor activities and year-round fun. There are adventures and activities for each and every season, so please enjoy unlimited free use of our kayaks, canoes, rowboat, sailboat, bicycles and snowshoes. Our guests enjoy a delicious and hearty breakfast, influenced by the Innkeepers' Louisiana heritage. Entrees range from down home cookin' (baked cheese grits, praline bacon, pecan buttermilk waffles, stuffed French toast) to succulent masterpieces ( John Besh's Angel Biscuits, Asparagus, Smoked Salmon, and Gruyere Cheese Omelets, Eggs Beatrice, etc.). Guests can choose to dine alone at one of our two-top tables, or dine with a group of four to eight at one of our larger dining tables. We are offering two suites through Airbnb; one suite (the Family Suite) has a queen in one room and two twins in a connected room, with a bathroom that has a claw foot tub/shower. The second suite (Jennifer) has a queen bed in the main area and a twin bed in the expanded suite area. The bathroom has a tub/shower. Both suites are air conditioned.

This room is quaint with old farm charm. It is A/C and heated. Double bed, dresser, chair, small table. Private entrance and your own porch with comfy chairs. There is a mini Refrigerator in your room. A spacious deck for cooking out and relaxing. Listen to the babbling brook. Please take note that this house is within 3 miles to I 93 N and S. Outdoor enthusiasts, mountain biking and hiking in the Franklin Falls Dam area is just 2/10 of a mile from your doorstep! Many acres of trails.

Historic Bed & Breakfast with Original Folk Art!

Welcome to the Copper Pot, with wonky walls, floors and doors. It will have you stepping back in time to the year 1810. We have original Moses Eaton stenciling from 1815, The old world tavern for playing games and artifacts we found around the property! You will be staying in the MOSES EATON room! We have near by, large lakes and ski resorts. The room has a private bathroom, a panted mural and four poster bed! Your special Breakfast is made with great ingredients and free range chicken eggs!

Welcome to the Copper Pot historic B&B! Step back in time to the year 1810, with wonky walls, doors and floors. The Nest room is a historic room! Buddy's Bed & Breakfast- King room

Relax in a king size bed in a comfortable room with plenty of day light and amenities. The oversized window offers a nice peekaboo view of Lake Winnipesaukee . One of my favorite parts of hosting is making a full hot breakfast in the morning. I'm happy to make breakfast at the time of your choosing between 7-10 am. You simply need to let me know the night before what time you would like to eat.
