We have it all! Our newly renovated Aspen Apartment is located within walking distance of everything downtown Grand Junction has to offer. Our apartment is located minutes from downtown shopping, dining, the Convention Center, Colorado Mesa University, the Colorado National Monument, nearby wine country, and other recreational opportunities. Beautiful apartment in the Redlands at the end of a cul de sac in a very quiet neighborhood, at the foot of the Colorado National Monument with your own private lock off entrance and patio for grilling and dining, minutes to the Monument, downtown, shopping and Two Rivers Winery.
