A beautiful guesthouse on 5 acres a few miles north of the quaint town of Cedaredge. Multiple access points to the Grand Mesa, the ultimate outdoor playground for snowmobiling, hiking, motorcycling, ATVs, UTVs, fishing & hunting! Extra parking for motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, or snowmobiles! YMR permits guests to bring one furbaby without pre-approval ($100 pet fee still applies). To bring more than one pet, pre-approval & addt’l. fees apply. One external security camera by the kitchen door.

Decorated with the owners personal vintage collection and quirky style, the bunkhouse is fully furnished with a Queen size bed; luxury bed linens & towels, flat screen TV & Wi-Fi. Enjoy your private bathroom with a Jeep front vanity and a small kitchenette, which includes a real pickup tailgate table with antique implement stools. Come experience a cool atmosphere where you can enjoy some of the best views this property has to offer and a true Colorado experience.

The Barn in Coal Creek

This delightful space is perfect for your quiet getaway. Set in the country with hundreds of acres of unobstructed views this converted Barn is just what you need to get away and unplug. Bring your dog and take advantage of the gazebo and fire pit. The full kitchen, laundry, jetted tub and comfy reading space you will feel right at home. Stay a night or a week, whatever it takes to recharge your batteries. Traveling nurses and business travelers are welcome. We are happy to have you.

Our brand new garage apartment is walking distance from CMU, downtown, and Lincoln Park! Easily bike or walk to morning coffee, the riverfront, or take a short drive to Lunch Loops for mountain biking and hiking (our favorite!) We have a Nespresso machine or french press for morning coffee, washer/dryer, non-toxic shampoo & conditioner, body wash, and lotion, and any kitchen appliances you may need during your stay. Also provided a pack n play, high chair, and baby items for families :)

The Peach House is a Tiny Home! Private parking, entrance and the entire tiny house is yours with a studio apartment vibe. Kitchenette (sink, coffee maker, toaster, fridge and microwave). Full bathroom with shower, double bed, TV and a comfy couch. Private outdoor patio, firepit and unobstructed view of Palisade vineyards, Mt. Garfield and Colorado sunsets. Tiny and set among the vines and peach orchards. Close to wineries, hiking, river activities and downtown Palisade.

Welcome to Happy Tails animal sanctuary we are a nonprofit animal rescue in palisade wine country. 10 acre animal sanctuary w alpaca, goats, pigs, dogs, chickens peacocks even a emu that all free range. Fish, kayak, paddleboard, canoe on our 2 acre fully stocked fishing lake. Float the Colorado river from Riverbend park in Palisade to our private beach. The views of the Colorado river, Grand Mesa & mount Garfield are breathtaking the animals are all friendly and love people

While staying here you’ll have the opportunity to meet our Alpine goats Peter and Harry, enjoy fresh eggs and have easy access multiple winery’s that are in walking and biking distance. If you enjoy yoga, Peach Orchard Yoga is located on the property offering weekly group classes or private classes.
