Βρίσκεται σε ήσυχο σημείο του χωριού, δίπλα σε μια γραφική πλατεία με βρυσούλα και σκιερές μουριές. Αν και σε πολυ ζωντανό χωριό, στο σπίτι αυτό κανείς μπορεί να βρει γωνίες ηρεμίας και χαλάρωσης, είτε στις τρεις ηλιόλουστες βεράντες είτε στην απομονωμένη και δροσερή καμάρα του. Το Damaskini’s House είναι ένα σπίτι ηλικίας άνω των 200 ετών, το οποίο έχει ανακαινιστεί πληρως και με πολυ μεράκι. Διατηρεί αναλλοίωτη την κυκλαδίτικη αρχιτεκτονική, συνδυάζοντάς την ομως με σύγχρονες ανέσεις. Το σπίτι διαθέτει όλα εκείνα που διευκολύνουν τη διαμονή των επισκεπτών του, όπως κουζίνα, πλυντήριο, κλιματισμό, ηλιακό θερμοσίφωνα, αλλά και αντλία θερμότητας, η οποία προσφέρει ψύξη - θέρμανση όλο τον χρόνο.
