Three bedrooms and one bathroom with an enormous backyard. This home was thoughtfully restored by a local artist and is situated in the Little Forrest Hills area of Dallas. Front patio, fully updated kitchen, washer/dryer and self check in, are just a few of the features you will enjoy during your stay.

Our neighborhood, Little Forest Hills, attracts a variety of unique neighbors, whose friendliness and sense of community make life in the area a wonderful experience. Whether you stay for a weekend or a month, you'll fall in love with East Dallas!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. All 4 bedrooms are large and spacious. Each has a Roku TV. Game room with pool table, 65 inch Roku TV, dart board, and seating. Nicely stocked kitchen and dining in kitchen, dining room, and on patio. The pool is available, but not heated. Spa is not heated. The pool is cleaned weekly on Tuesday. There is a pool net available to remove leaves and other debris. Trailers, boats, RVs can not be parked at the property.
