Spacious and bright apt. in the center of Venice

My apartment is spacious -140 sq.meters-and bright in an historical palace in the very center of Venice. There is a large double bedroom with its own bathroom , another smaller double bedroom and a single bedroom with a second bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a table where you can have breakfast or meals. In the wide living room there is a table for 6 and 2 large sofas. From here you have access to a nice terrace with table and chairs where you can relax after sightseeing!!!

Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto il documento di un solo ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50€ per tutto il gruppo, per l'intero soggiorno) e la tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati sono condivisi solo con Polizia e Municipalità. A Venezia non ci sono molti ascensori, farete circa 50 gradini ma non così ripidi. Ho un luogo dove potete lasciare le valigie.

Da pagare in loco in contanti la tassa di soggiorno 4€ per persona per notte. Si trova al 2 piano, no lift. La casa è vicina alle fermate degli autobus e la stazione dei treni. In 15 minuti si arriva a Venezia! Ci sono dei parcheggi a pagamento e gratuiti (spesso disponibili) sulla strada. Su richiesta: culla, seggiolino, passeggino e biciclette.
