This vintage and authentic 1960's A-frame cabin has been renovated into a cozy and comfortable rustic retreat! Spacious inside, large sunroom and a two sided-loft. A wrap-around deck surrounds this classic cabin, which sits on a large private lot by the lake. WiFi available. Heat pump provides either air conditioning or heat. 55km/35 miles from either Yarmouth or Digby ferries.

Large family vacation? Big holiday gatherings? We have 2 separate apartments, in one whole house rental. Breathtaking (unobstructed) views of the ocean, steps from Port Maitland’s famous sandy beach. A short trail past our East Coast rose bushes and over the dunes to enjoy a stretch of coastline that has enticed travellers for over a century. This charming, fully renovated home has private patio's, fireplaces, modern coastal design and all the convenient amenities for a perfect seaside getaway.

The town of Yarmouth is 15 minutes away offering cafes, restaurants, museums and ferry to Maine. Southwestern Nova Scotia is known for dark night star gazing and the Tiny Home offers you that experience

Au Ford du Lac

In the rural Acadian community of Clare, you will find our fully equipped, recently updated, 1 bedroom + loft A-Frame style chalet sitting on a quiet lake. The beautiful view can be enjoyed from wall to wall windows, wrap around deck, or while sitting in the hot tub. Loft: 1 king & 1 single bed - excellent for traveling with children. Downstairs bedroom: 1 queen bed. Living room: double pull out sofa & futons. We live next door so let us know if anything is missing during your stay!

Private Lakeside Cottage in Yarmouth

Small private lakefront cottage. Secluded property next to the beautiful Ellenwood Provincial Park, full of hiking/walking trails. Rustic, and undergoing minor renovations, but a very cozy, clean place to stay. The Lake is clean and great for swimming! Full kitchen with most everything, an outdoor fire pit for nice nights, and a piano for rainy days. Heat pump, BBQ, fibre op, & Roku TV + Netflix! Wood stove is functional for extra heat and ambiance, wood not included however.

The Beach House (private hot tub and sauna)

We would like to share this piece of our paradise with you, located on a peaceful, crystal clear lake. Acres of land, a sandy beach hidden behind a well-groomed property sprinkled with beautiful tall trees disappearing into the Acadian forest. Includes: private hot tub and firepit, shared sauna, cold plunge, lake access, public wood fired hot tub (great for groups when booking one than more cabin) canoe, kayaks, paddle boards, pedal boat, sandy beach, floating mat and more.

The Narrows

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Enjoy this cozy cabin nestled on private lakefront property. Shoreline connecting two large lakes and river flowing to the ocean. Great place for swimming, canoeing and fishing. Located 5 minutes from Mavilette Beach Provincial Park and nearby a convenience store. This newly built cabin is equipped with full bathroom, kitchen and two queen sized beds. It also has outdoor chairs, fire pit, bbq, picnic table and 2 kayaks.
