Welcome to the garden house , a charming contained studio in my garden .we are situated in Crosspool charming residential area of Sheffield. Near Resturant’s , coffee shops and yet not far from the Peak District in one direction and 10 minute walk to the university and teaching hospital . Inside: private and self-contained . Comfortable double bed. WiFi, TV. Well contained kitchen , tea and coffee . Iron ,hairdryer . Shower room with towels . Outside area with table and chairs.

Accommodation is in a private suite with a double bedroom, en suite shower room and a living room with basic cooking facilities comprising of a kettle, microwave, single hob, toaster and fridge , suitable for making snacks and light meals.
