Casa Isabella: Serenity By The Sea

Casa Isabella is 5 minutes walk from the centre of the the village of Malfa on the island of Salina, one of the seven Aeolian Islands off the north-west coast of Sicily. This two storey house was recently renovated to exceptional standards and restored in typical Aeolian style with a contemporary twist, sleeping two people comfortably. The house has magnificent uninterrupted views over the ocean, including from the double bedroom, the two covered outdoor terraces and the front garden. It is bordered by grape vines on one side, olive trees to the other, and the ocean in front. The double bedroom upstairs has a window overlooking the sea and also views back to Malfa, and has an en-suite bathroom and shower. Downstairs there is a large living area that opens onto a covered terrace which is perfect for entertaining, a modern eat-in kitchen opening to another terrace, and another bathroom with shower and washing machine. The house is minimalist in design with resin floors and new fittings throughout. All bedding and bath towels are supplied (please bring your own beach towels), and the kitchen is fully equipped. The house is fully air-conditioned and also has heating for the colder months, as well as a slow combustion fire-place. The house has television and wifi, but no telephone. Mobile reception is good. The house is a 5 minute walk from Malfa shops and village square, a 10 minute walk to Malfa port and a 15 minute walk to Punta Scario Beach. It has plenty of parking space for a car and/or scooters, both of which can be rented in Malfa. Casa Isabella is perfect for a week, a month or the whole summer season! Minimum stay is 7 nights. Casa Isabella is also our holiday home, and we ask that you treat it as if it were yours. Upon arrival, we will supply a full information guide to the house, restaurants and other sites and services in Malfa, and the surrounding islands. Cleaning fee is €50 and is to be paid in cash directly to the cleaner upon checkout. PLEASE NOTE, THIS HOUSE IS SUITABLE FOR ADULTS ONLY.

Stanze luminose esposte a sud con vista mare. Arredi moderni, illuminazione esterna con lampioncini in ferro battuto. Ampio parcheggio all'interno della proprietà. Tranquillità e relax garantiti. Massima privacy e disponibilità per qualsiasi esigenza. Distante circa un km dal mare, la spiaggia è veramente bella e pulita, sventola la bandiera blu. Gli ospiti all'arrivo dovranno firmare un contratto di locazione. In ogni caso non dovranno pagare nessuna somma oltre quella già versata ad Airbnb.

La villa si trova nella zona più tranquilla del piccolo paese marinaro di San Saba, lontano dal caos cittadino. Appena ristruttura sia negli spazi interni che esterni, la villa si affaccia sul mare, basta attraversare una strada sterrata e si arriva direttamente in spiaggia. La parte esterna comprende una rilassante terrazza con vista sull'arcipelago delle Isole Eolie e una cucina rifinita con ceramiche di Santo Stefano di Camastra con cui potete preparare pranzi e cene da gustare all'aperto.

The gondola to Mazzerò beach is only a 4-minute walk away. My villa is ideal for a stay without a car or weddings as all the churches and the Hotel Timeo are nearby.
