“Casa di Giuilia” is an indipendent villa set among olive trees, dating to the beginning of the 19thcentury. It is part of an estate which was very extended in the past. You will be fascinated by thetranquillity of the place and by the wonderful view on the sea and on the Eolian Islands.You can admire a breathtaking landscape from the house's terraces . L'Agriturismo Case Tabarani è in collina, con ampia veduta sul Mar Tirreno e sulle montagne delle Madonie, immerso nella tranquillità della campagna. Biancospino è una unità abitativa al piano terra, accessibile anche alle persone con difficoltà motorie, due camere da letto, soggiorno e bagno con doccia. Non c'è una cucina all'interno: per tutte le necessità si può usufruire della cucina del ristorante adiacente ( a pagamento, con prezzi modici).

The house is located within an estate planted with olive trees and citrus groves, ideal for those who want to be in touch with nature without giving up the conveniences of a town. On the approximately 10-hectare estate, there are two Corso dogs accustomed to roaming and interacting with guests. If you're not comfortable with dogs, this is not the accommodation for you. The pool is shared with my family and will be accessible starting in May.

Olivaus si trova nel territorio di Altavilla Milicia in contrada Sperone, all'interno di un Uliveto di 7 ettari e circondato da 2 pinete che danno alla casa un aria “Altoatesina”. La sua posizione permette di raggiungere in 10 minuti di auto la spiaggia di Torre Normanna in un tratto di costa bellissimo, il Lido Sporting e il borgo marinaro di San Nicola L'arena, dove nel suo porticciolo turistico è possibile noleggiare barche e gommoni.
