Casa AMBRA - Old Town - IUN R1864

Spaziosa ed elegante, in edificio del '700, recentemente ristrutturato, all’entrata del centro storico. Al terzo piano della palazzina (senza ascensore) su due livelli: soggiorno con divano-letto, cucina, camera matrimoniale e bagno al primo , camera matrimoniale e bagno al secondo. I muri, con la caratteristica pietra a vista, originali, pavimenti “anticati”; il design degli arredi è attuale. Entra e scopri un luogo trasformato da una completa ristrutturazione nel 2022 che l'ha resa un luogo moderno e luminoso. Il nostro casale è una casa per le vacanze di 120mq situata a nord-ovest della Sardegna ad appena 300 metri dal mare. Totalmente ristrutturato nel 2020, può ospitare fino a 9 persone senza compromettere lo spazio libero di nessuno. Dispone di un ampio giardino esterno di 4000mq, ingresso e parcheggio privati. La nostra casa sorge nella tranquilla campagna di Sassari, contornata da numerosi ulivi plurisecolari e un grande giardino mediterraneo, per farvi trascorrere una rilassante vacanza. (Our house is located in the quiet countryside of Sassari, surrounded by several centuries-old olive trees and a large Mediterranean garden, for you to spend a relaxing holiday.)
