We serve coffee, and all breakfast essentials that you can enjoy in the breakfast nook inside, or in roof terrace's dining table. The super comfortable queen-size bed and nice sheets will make sure you get a good night's rest, making you ready for the next day in this extraordinary city. The desk in the bedroom is a great spot to do some work or plan your next day, while overlooking the building's interior patio. Fully-equipped kitchen with all essentials and extra goodies for you to enjoy. Comfortable bathroom with good-pressure rain shower, and hot water. Condo's best feature is its big, private rooftop, fully furnished with seating and dining area, and lounge bed to lay down after a busy day exploring the city. It's also perfect for enjoying the city's sunrise and sunset. You'll be surrounded by trees and you'll even get a view of the Chapultepec castle! Additional services are offered which can be arranged after your reservation is confirmed. These include: daily cleaning service, laundry and dry cleaning, meal prep, driver, and others. Just tell us what your needs are and we'll make sure to accommodate them! You'll be in a unique, comfortable apartment located in one of the prime areas of this city, right where Condesa meets Roma, surrounded by main transportation accesses. Guests will have access to the entire apartment, which is accessed by a private entrance. This entrance leads to both apartments that we have, so you will be sharing it with other fellow Airbnb guests. Having a private entrance and staircase, with self check-in and keyless entrance door, will give guests more privacy and comfort during their stay. Check-in and Check-out times will be previously arranged. We are always flexible, trying to accommodate guests' arriving and departing times. Our city guide was made with lots of love, sharing our favorite and most valued places in the city. And we are always available for any questions or help that guests may need during their stay. With its tree-lined streets, two parks, and top bars and restaurants, colonia Condesa, or 'La Condesa', is one of the city's most popular and charming neighborhoods. Castillo de Chapultepec, Paseo de la Reforma, and the Chapultepec metro are all just a short walk away. Walking is the best option, especially since there is so much to see and explore in Condesa and other nearby neighborhoods, like Roma. All main public transportation is just a block away. The metro line that stops here, Chapultepec stop, takes you straight to the city center. If you prefer riding by car, Uber is always the most efficient, and quite cheap, option. We also have a great, trusted driver that offers transportation services to places like Teitihuacán, where you can see the magnificent Pyramids of the Sun and the Moon.

Beautiful and comfortable apartment, located in the heart of the Colonia Hipodromo Condesa. There is wi-fi and fast internet. Newly remodeled, with two large bedrooms and a bathroom with shower with hot water. It is a perfect place to relax after an intense day in the exciting atmosphere of Mexico City. A full kitchen with a refrigerator / freezer, gas stove / oven. In the lower part of the building there is a laundry. Windows in all rooms, especially the window in the living room and a bedroom can be seen trees of the colony giving it a picturesque space. It is a neighborhood on foot. It is charming, safe, full of restaurants, cafes and entertainment. It is a 2-minute walk to Parque México and convenient for public transportation. Chilpancingo metro station is a 10 minute walk away. The building is located in a strategic point, since walking a few steps you find cafe, bars, restaurants, cinema, supermarkets, and public transport. Set in La Condesa, the apartment is just a stroll away from some of Mexico City's most vibrant restaurants, boutiques, and produce markets. Take a walk to nearby Bosque de Chapultepec to discover the park's museums, zoo, and botanical gardens. Access to all public transport is within walking distance. The metro station Chilpancingo is a 10-minute walk away, a private taxi stand is 5 minutes away, as well as an Ecobici bicycle exchange station. In addition to 5 blocks you can take the TuriBus that offers tourists to know Mexico City in a practical way.

Our beautiful apartment floats over the dense trees of La Condesa´s most beautiful and quiet street, in a stylish modernist building designed by Javier Sanchez, one of the best and famous architects of Mexico.
