Beautiful and comfortable apartment, located in the heart of the Colonia Hipodromo Condesa. There is wi-fi and fast internet. Newly remodeled, with two large bedrooms and a bathroom with shower with hot water. It is a perfect place to relax after an intense day in the exciting atmosphere of Mexico City. A full kitchen with a refrigerator / freezer, gas stove / oven. In the lower part of the building there is a laundry. Windows in all rooms, especially the window in the living room and a bedroom can be seen trees of the colony giving it a picturesque space. It is a neighborhood on foot. Chilpancingo metro station is a 10 minute walk away. The building is located in a strategic point, since walking a few steps you find cafe, bars, restaurants, cinema, supermarkets, and public transport. The metro station Chilpancingo is a 10-minute walk away, a private taxi stand is 5 minutes away, as well as an Ecobici bicycle exchange station. In addition to 5 blocks you can take the TuriBus that offers tourists to know Mexico City in a practical way.

This is a 57 square meter apartment with very high brick ceilings, a large living room and dining area with a lot of light. Find authentic chic mid century furniture and several art pieces. The apartment has a private bedroom with queen size bed, closet and bathroom and a separate kitchen with supplies. It also has two small inner patios for light and ventilation. A lot of original architecture details from 1940 like floors, brick walls, ceiling and windows frames were conserved in the restoration. The project was recently featured in Architectural Digest Mexico and won several important architecture prizes: Architecture Masterprize and NoldiSchreck. Guest may use the whole apartment. You can also hang out in the inner patio of the condo and first floor lobby. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer you can use next to the garage. Santa María La Ribera is a historic 19th-century neighborhood. Stroll in the Alameda Park opposite, then visit the nearby Museo de Geología. Here, gaze at mammoth and dinosaurs fossils, plus paintings by the famous Mexican master Jose María Velasco. You'll find a lot of public transportations options including subway, metrobus (direct line to the airport and historic center), train, bus and public bike system (ecobici). Metrobus Linea 4 norte is a direct connection from the airport T1 and T2 to Buenavista and back. Takes about 45 min. 30 Pesos/person, a rechargable Metrocard is need. Safe, quick and direct way to and from the airport.
