Beautiful Hideaway in Historic Building Across from the Park

Bask in the tranquility that this rear-facing apartment in a picturesque historic building delivers. Take in the wonderful local artwork and décor throughout. The modern interior is charming and bright, offering a skylight and two balconies. No elevator. The property is in a historic building however the apartment is fully updated including a complete makeover of the kitchen and bathroom, maintaining the charm and style of the building. This rear facing unit on the top floor is quiet and calm. Skylight and 2 balconies provide natural light. Because of the age of the property, there's no operating lift. King-size bed, washing dryer machine; dishwasher; security box; Mac computer; Bose speakers dock for iPhone; coffee maker; microwave; electric kettle. And new, faster internet service. I live in the area. I will be available to meet guests and welcome them at their arrival, and available throughout their stay for any questions or recommendations. Bohemian, artsy, and eclectic are common descriptors of the Roma Norte, but it's also leafy, residential, and almost European in flavour. The boulevards, parks, plazas, and cafés that punctuate the area are perfect for exploring on foot or by bike. It’s very practical to move around in this area of the city, you can bike; you can walk; you can take the subway or the Metro bus.

Quiet (double glass window at street facing bedroom. No neighbours above you (you are top floor). No neighbors next to makes it super private. Elevator. Nice view and good sun orientation. Fully equipped to live like at home. Located in Condesa neighborhood (The best). Private Rooftop terrace.

Sunny 2-story apt. w/2 amazing terraces

Incredible apartment located in a very centric area of Mexico City, just 30 meters away from the emblematic Condesa neighborhood. The area is similar to a small town in which you can find all kinds of restaurants, cafes and shops. Two blocks away is the recently remodeled Jardín Morelos, an excellent park with a running track, and at the same distance is the Mercado Escandón where you can find fresh fruit, vegetables and food of very good quality.

It has Scandinavian style furniture and ornaments with the Mexican touch, and our amazing and private terrace.

Este espacio esta pensado para viajeros que buscan un lugar cómodo y con un buen diseño pero al mismo tiempo que tenga una buena ubicación. encontraras uno de los mejores cafés y restaurantes de la ciudad y si eres de los que les gusta explorar, todos los días martes hay un mercado en la calle, tienen fruta y verduras fresca de temporada y muchísimas cosas mas, hay una zona en donde puedes encontrar verdadera y auténtica comida mexicana.
