I love contacting my guests to make sure you are enjoying your stay and answering your questions quickly. The building sits in Colonia San Rafael, one of the city's most traditional areas which preserves the architecture and atmosphere of yesteryear. The Historical Center and metro and bus stations are within easy reach. You can walk to the Historical Center (30 min to Bellas Artes). The San Cosme Metro station is 7 minutes away on foot. The Monument to the Revolution and the metro station Plaza de la República are 7 minutes away on foot.

The flat is light and comfy, on the first floor with a sunny roof terrace. There are three cats happy to welcome you home! The Escandon neighbourhood has a good market, shops, cafes etc, we are one block from the metro and Condesa neighbourhood, near to Chapultepec park. We offer mexican filter coffee and a variety of teas. We are a couple; bass player and cook, we live here but sometimes are working, and sometimes we are both here hanging out. We respect the quiet hours so you can sleep well :)

Buena ubicación ya que se encuentra cerca del Metrobús Río Tecolutla, Metro, autódromo ,foro sol, aeropuerto, palacio de los deportes, parque tezontle. Favor de colocar el número de huéspedes que se van a hospedar correctamente ya que si no concuerda con los que llegan, se cancelará la reservación.
