Very peaceful and you are in a country setting. You may have quiet time on the patio or go inside for some cuddles on the couch. Would be a great place to get away and think for work too. Great place to just get away from the city and be in the country, or Go for a stroll down the Nickel Plate trial walking or biking to Peru (13mile) or Kokomo (5 mile). There are great food and parks in both locations. Great family getaway. Disc golf, Drag strip, Big Ben the Cow, Cross America, shop etc.

Pool House On The Lake

The Pool House on the lake has several great features and is more the just a lake house. The house sets on a 5 acres wooded lot with a private gated drive. The 1950s home has the original bathrooms and kitchen but has been updated with great wifi ( for work or school) and new HD TVs through out. The view to the lake is one of a kind with its own private sandy beach and fire pit. No matter what the weather is there's something to do because this house also has a heated indoor pool(all year long).

Enjoy your stay in the old servants quarters of the manor built by circus owner Jeremiah Mugivan. This completely remodeled upstairs apartment with kitchenette is located in the carriage house. This studio apartment has a queen bed with full walk-in closet. Towels and linens are provided. One block from downtown- walking distance to several restaurants, boutique shopping and coffee shops. The local museum is within walking distance and the Circus museum is only a few miles outside of town.

Cozy three room studio just one block from the center of town. Within walking distance to the library, courthouse, museum, and several good restaurants and antique shops. Off the street parking right outside your door. Kitchen contains toaster, coffee maker, microwave and a small fridge containing bottled water. Considering our current environment, you can rest assured our studio is sanitized after each guest as well as linens and bedding. We do request that you do not bring pets.

Grateful Earth Farm Guest House is on a third generation farm which has the original Arts and Crafts home and barn. Peru, Indiana, is know for its Cole Porter Festival and Circus City Festival as well as Grissom Air Force Base and Miami County Museums. We are a mile from the entrance of the Nickel Plate Bicycle Trail that runs north 20 miles to Rochester and south 20 miles to Kokomo.
