In der Nebensaison und zum Überwintern gelten Sonderpreise einschließlich Ölheizung. Touristensteuer und Stromkosten werden separat lt. Stromzähler abgerechnet. Ein Haus, in dem NICHTS fehlt - nur Badetücher für den Strand bitte mitbringen.

That could be the best thing in the house, but there is more. (I'll tell you below). SOMETHING IMPORTANT: In the house there is a portable air conditioner that works very well, but there is no central air conditioning.
