The second is Metropolis Parking at 888 NE 2nd Ave, which is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with entry and exit privileges available with the purchase of a parking pass. Rates are as follows: $7 x 1 hour, $15 x 2 hours, $20 x 3 hours, $25 x 6 hours, and $30 for one day. Air Conditioning: For optimal performance, the air conditioning should be set no lower than 70°F. If the outside temperature is below 70°F, please avoid setting the AC lower, as this may cause it to freeze up. To maintain a comfortable environment, ensure all windows and doors are closed while the AC is in use. Check-in: Because our team needs to meet you at the property, please provide your estimated arrival time (ETA) one day before check-in. All essential details for a smooth arrival and departure will be sent to you via the Airbnb chat on your arrival day.
