Beautiful home naturally landscaped with pond, stream and flowers. Peaceful setting in the Manito neighborhood. Located in the heart of the southhill, minutes from downtown. Guests have access to two bed rooms, office space, bathroom, kitchen, living room, outdoor kitchen area with gas grill, and patio area. Free street parking and off street parking for two vehicles. Coffee and strong WiFi included. Located near grocery stores and numerous restaurants. Your pet may be allowed, so please ask.

Mother in law Suite w/private entrance

This is an addition to our home. Your own private entrance into a mother in law set up. Full bedroom with full bathroom. Complete kitchen w/ full fridge, oven, dishwasher. There is cameras on property. Close to sporting venues, golf, hiking and lakes. Queen bed in bedroom. Couch has pull out-suitable for small children. No smoking and no vaping on property . If you do you will pay $300 cleaning fee. We do NOT provide toiletries.We do NOT provide breakfasts. Don’t provide coffee or detergent

Treehouse in the pines

Enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience situated in the pine trees located just outside of Spokane. Featuring a cozy 400 square foot living space, with books, games, and a gas fireplace as well as a kitchenette with everything you need to make a meal for two. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a 10-foot accordion door that opens completely to the deck outside with a hot tub waiting for you. Please note: While it is private, the treehouse is on a property with two other occupied structures.

WineDown - Relax with a view! Guest suite

If you want to wind down, WineDown is your place! A relaxing Airbnb, sitting on five wooded acres, tucked in a South Valley neighborhood. The Suite is located on the lower level of our Tuscan Home with a private deck and hot tub for guest use only. A gated community provides extra security. The guest entrance offer a beautiful view of the peaceful pines and wandering wildlife. We are on site during your stay and try to greet guests if available. Seasonal traction tires may be required.

We have renovated this 1906 barn into a perfect guest suite including all the modern conveniences without losing the rustic elegance of the past. Welcome to the Funky D Ranch.

Bruce and Judy's Cozy Cottage

The guest house is a cozy, modern place perfect for a couple's stay in Spokane. In 2016, we gutted and rebuilt the 550 sq. ft. guest house and insulated it so it is very quiet inside. Kitchen is fully equipped. Close to popular hiking & biking trails, great restaurants, shopping, and the beautiful outdoors, you’ll love both exploring the gorgeous country views, finding the most fantastic sunrises and sunsets as well as settling into a fully-functional kitchen and cozy space.

The Barn Suite

Welcome to the family “Barn” located on the back half of our property. This “Barn was relocated from an adjacent property in 1957 which was used as a chicken coop, a horse barn and then remodeled for the first time in the late 60’s to accommodate living quarters for Anne’s brothers. In 2023 this was stripped to the studs; everything is new including the exterior siding is for your enjoyment. This is a Non smoking and No Pet Suite/Property.

Come stay at this peaceful and centrally located home with serene back yard and stylish decor. Private daylight basement with queen bed, 32’ TV, and dry bar. Quick and easy access to the freeway. Grocers, restaurants, coffee stands, and convenient stores nearby. This unit is great for travelers needing a quick, restful break from the road. Private entry, street parking only, indoor/outdoor cat on premises. House rules enforced.

1 bedroom in-law apartment. Bedroom features a newly updated bathroom, king size bed and small futon. The front room has a desk and small kitchenette. The apartment has it's own entrance and is closed off from the rest of the house. There are no common areas besides the front yard. The house is located 10 to 15 minutes east of downtown Spokane.

Spacious South Hill Retreat

Spacious one bedroom basement apartment in a secure, quiet neighborhood with driveway parking. Includes a kitchen, washer/dryer, and gas fireplace. The private apartment is 900 square feet. A keyless entry code is provided 24 hours prior to arrival. Blocks from shopping and restaurants, and only 15 minutes from downtown.
