Hello and welcome to our home! This guest house is in our backyard and is very cozy with a large, screened-in porch. Sit in a rocking chair on the porch and enjoy the sounds of the many birds and the company of butterflies and hummingbirds. The King size bed is so comfortable! Our neighborhood lies between the Market District to the south and Bannerman Crossing to the North. There is shopping as well as many restaurants all around us. Downtown and FSU are 20 min away depending on traffic.

Close to everything, a million miles away....... Down the two-track driveway, past the view of the nearest neighbors, our new custom cabin awaits. Rest easy on the screened porch, with its view of the two-acre lake or cross the adjacent foot bridge to the island. Fish for bass and bream, stroll the walking path, paddle around and enjoy the wildlife, or just relax far from the madding crowd. This slice of paradise sits on 12 acres; our home is across the lake, out of sight and out of mind.

Bright, Modern Studio near Downtown & Universities

Enjoy your stay in our cozy, modern studio at a quiet, centrally-located neighborhood. The property is tastefully decorated with colorful patterns and modern accents. You will feel right at home. Downtown and universities are just about a 10-minute drive, and there are vast variety of stores and restaurants on Parkway less than 5 minutes away. One of our favorite cafes, The Bada Bean, serves excellent breakfast and brunch and is just a few blocks down the street (walking distance).

An eclectic home away from home. Diverse ideas and style from a broad range of sources and millennia. If you thrive on creativity, diversity and a bit of thought provoking conversation , you may love this house. This is not the Holiday Inn. Expect the unexpected. Located in a quiet neighborhood and the middle of town. The house has been remodeled and I am working on a carport with a solar panel roof. There is some construction happening outside though not while guests are present.

The Carriage House

Our lovely French inspired guest house features an open floor plan, 12-foot ceilings with real wood beams, a fully equipped kitchen and large brick patio overlooking a spacious backyard with shared pool. The two bedrooms are connected by a jack and jill bathroom featuring a tub/shower combination. the second bathroom, located just down the hall, has a standup shower. For additional guests, there are more sleeping arrangements in the family room on a single bed pullout love seat.

This peaceful and centrally-located private guest suite has everything you need. Pull into your own driveway with a private entrance to a comfortable room which has an en-suite bathroom, its own air-conditioning, a mini-fridge and a microwave. It's like a hotel room without the noisy neighbors or hassle of check-in. The guest room is attached to a residential home in an established neighborhood that is within four miles of the capital and FSU. It's perfect for 2 guests!

Fern Hollow Acres A peaceful retreat in the woods

Three bedroom lodge style house nestled in the woods in a retreat setting. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Lovely grounds to walk around , enjoying deer, rabbits, owls and the occasional fox Butterfly, bees and bird sanctuary. Just 30 minutes to FSU/FAMU and the Florida Capitol. Twenty minutes to historic Monticello, Fl A short drive to the headwaters of the Wacissa River county park.with kayak and canoe rentals.

Wood floors, central AC/heat, 1/2 bath, queen bed with new mattress, fridge, Krueig, microwave, WIFI, TV, closet space, ROBES FOR PRIVATE OUTDOOR HEATED SHOWER and towels. Established neighborhood less than 2 miles from FSU and downtown; 1 block to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. Restaurants under 1/2 mile! It is on our property and we personally clean the studio. Gardenview Tiny House

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique tiny home in a garden setting. Quiet and private neighborhood. Our Tiny House space is perfect for one guest and cozy for two. We are located about 8 miles (15 to 20 minutes by car) from the Forida Capitol Building and the FSU Campus. We offer a 15% discount for bookings of 7 days or more, and 40% discount for 28 days or more.
