Siamo in pieno centro storico. Casa indipendente, con spettacolare vista panoramica(circa 90 gradini per arrivare, tipici a Modica), luminosa e arredata con cura. Terrazzino, living con divano, cucina a vista e tavolo da pranzo. Due camere da letto, una con un grande letto(tatami con futon) e vista stupenda, l'altra più piccola (tatami con futon)e una finestra alta. Due bagni con spaziose docce. WIFI free, aria condizionata, lavanderia. Vicina a caffè, ristoranti, mercato, negozi di alimentari.

It is an excellent base for exploring the beauties of Sicily: from the Vendicari nature reserve to Cava D'Ispica, from the characteristic fishing village of Marzamemi, Portopalo and Donnalucata to the delightful baroque towns of Modica, Scicli, Ragusa Ibla, Noto and Syracuse, to Mount Etna and Taormina.

Located in the countryside, it is quiet and safe, just 2 km from the nearest town. The villa features a large garden with a swimming pool and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen.
