Tranquil Farmhouse - Kerrytown Historic District

This is a complete, private apartment with two private entrances in a duplex house. It is on the first floor of the building and the entrances are on the side and back. The upstairs unit enters at the front of the building. The description says 'entire place' but that means entire first floor, totally private. Newly renovated space with all new furniture and kitchen appliances. Decorated in a modern farmhouse style with touches of m odern and all original abstract expressionism art by owner. The entire floor is available for you only. Also, we have a Guesthouse upstairs with a door that connects. Of course, you control the lock on your side of the door! Across the street is the Kerrytown Market and Shops, while the Ann Arbor Farmers Market is just a stone's throw away. A private space is provided for parking but there is a bus line a block away as well. Street parking and parking lots within the block. We have provided ear plugs in case you are a light sleeper. Remember you are in downtown Ann Arbor and street noise is common although it does quieten down as the night progresses as most everything is closed on the street except for a bar three doors down.

Our urban farm is a peaceful setting close to everything, but out of the student district. A guest (Cleanliness QC for a Hotel Chain) said it is one of the cleanest places he’d stayed.

Welcome! This home includes a large fenced in backyard sitting in a quiet, tree-lined residential neighborhood. Located 10 minutes away from Ann Arbor downtown as well as Ypsilanti downtown. Local grocers include Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, and Kroger’s all 5 minutes away. Décor is modern and bright with plenty of sunlight and amenities. Numerous parks, restaurants and ethnic grocery stores are walking distance. DTW airport is 30 minutes away. Contact will be none/ minimal unless requested.

Welcome to our treetop dwelling. This little building was once a mason’s shop, then a cabinet make’s. Beautifully remodeled with radiant heated floors, a modern kitchen and objectively the best view in town. Perched on a bluff overlooking the Huron river and the Ann Arbor cityscape beyond, it feels removed but that’s the beauty of it: it’s a 5 minute walk to Kerrytown and the farmers market, 10 min to downtown, 5-min Uber to the big house. This is a 50's style sunny duplex, 1.3 mile to the Big House . A full kitchen for those who love to cook. The large private deck with a patio table is perfect for relaxing.
