Whether you’re here to explore the outdoors or unwind, this home offers comfort and entertainment for all!

Tiny home with cabin vibes

Our tiny home is set aside in an older, quiet neighborhood of Nampa, ID and has a rustic and cabin-esque feel. This is a cute home and comfortable stay for either a couple of days or a couple months! The tiny home comes equipped with a private fenced in area and a small hot tub. We are located 2 blocks from the NNU campus, 5 minutes from downtown Nampa, and 10 minutes to I84 - everything you need within an arm's reach! Modern Farmhouse

This Mid Mod home was updated in 2022 with a Modern Farmhouse flair. The space is private, peaceful and centrally-located. The mall is just a 3 minute drive away and so is Downtown Boise, which is filled with restaurants, shopping, sites and more! Outdoor activities just minutes away. Plus The Village in Meridian is nearby ... you will love this location...it's one of my happy places. PLEASE NOTE: This unit is Non-Smoking/Vaping No pets allowed due to host family having pet allergies.

Bright, new country guesthouse

Spacious and serene country guesthouse with breathtaking Owyhee views. With a middle-of-nowhere feel, yet 15 min to stores. Convenient location to Lake Lowell, Best of Idaho wineries, Jump Creek, Snake River, Nampa, Marsing and Caldwell. EV Charger onsite. Tons of natural light, open concept with a full kitchen and large bathroom with tub/shower. One king bed and two twin beds (day bed). Huge 55" TV, strong wifi, private desk/workspace. Property is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. :(

Outside on the back patio you will find outdoor seating with a fire pit, a hot tub for 5, and a 6 burner BBQ.

Charming country cottage in a peaceful rural setting, perfect for a romantic escape or quiet getaway. Relax in the hot tub, on the mini beach, or by the pond with a waterfall. Just 2 minutes to Lake Lowell for fishing, boating, and nature walks, and only 20 minutes to mountains, hot springs, trail rides, the Snake River. All while only 9 minutes from shopping & services.

Explorer's House, Firepit, Sleeps 10 w/Game Room

Soak in the charm of this traveling themed home! Minutes from the freeway and Nampa/Caldwell amenities. This home is perfect for families! Enjoy the yard with covered patio seating, and firepit. The garage has been converted into a second living space decked out with a couch, game table, and smart TV and game console. This home is uniquely designed to transport you to a comfortable oasis, all with the amenities of a normal home. This house has everything you need and more!

Private river-front guesthouse (studio).

Come for the river view and stay for the relaxation. Our studio is a private, separate guesthouse just a few steps from the south channel of the Boise River. It overlooks the river, has private parking and a private entrance. This studio suite includes a king-size bed, a kitchenette, and a private outdoor patio on the river. The kitchenette includes a range, dishwasher, refrigerator, a portable washing machine, and dryer.

Charming Caldwell Home Near C of I and Freeway

This beautiful home has a great central location. It has high speed internet, capable of sustaining work from home and online learning. It is only a few minutes from the College of Idaho, downtown Caldwell and it is only 6 or 7 minutes away from the freeway. There is a designated covered parking spot, in the shared driveway, with additional street parking. Groceries, shopping and entertainment are only minutes away.

Sleepy Bear Lodge

Our property is located outside of the town of Caldwell in a county setting. Our neighbors on both sides have farm animals making for a unique experience. We are minutes from multiple golf courses. Shopping is 10-15 minutes away. Boise Airport is about a 30 minute drive. And the Oregon border is a stone’s throw from here. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.

Serene Country View House

Entire house located in the country but central to nearby towns of Middleton Star,Eagle,and Meridian. Very quiet country road with sweeping views of the valley and foothills. There are 3 horses on property within fenced area. Owners are available anytime and are close by. House is a one bedroom, one bath fully stocked for a comfortable stay, lots of parking.
