Our tiny home is set aside in an older, quiet neighborhood of Nampa, ID and has a rustic and cabin-esque feel. This is a cute home and comfortable stay for either a couple of days or a couple months! The tiny home comes equipped with a private fenced in area and a small hot tub. We are located 2 blocks from the NNU campus, 5 minutes from downtown Nampa, and 10 minutes to I84 - everything you need within an arm's reach! Private 2nd Floor Guest Suite

Points of Interest 10 min - The Village at Meridian - Kleiner Park 15 min - St. Luke’s Hospital Meridian - Green Belt - Meridian Idaho Temple 20-25 min - Wahooz - Roaring Springs - Boise State University - Table Rock - Ford Idaho Center 1 hr - Bogus Basin Ski Resort Parking & Entry Park in the driveway directly behind the small garage. Walk along the right side of house to back private stair entrance. Lockbox with key is located at the top of the staircase. Code for access is given prior.

Bright, new country guesthouse

Spacious and serene country guesthouse with breathtaking Owyhee views. With a middle-of-nowhere feel, yet 15 min to stores. Convenient location to Lake Lowell, Best of Idaho wineries, Jump Creek, Snake River, Nampa, Marsing and Caldwell. EV Charger onsite. Tons of natural light, open concept with a full kitchen and large bathroom with tub/shower. One king bed and two twin beds (day bed). Huge 55" TV, strong wifi, private desk/workspace. Property is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. :(

Modern Farmhouse-Hot Tub, Fire Pit & Game Room

The Modern Farmhouse was recently remodeled with upscale amenities and everything you need for a comfortable stay! Enjoy your own delicious home cooked meals in the beautiful kitchen, gather in the dining room with seating for 8, enjoy a movie on Netflix or Disney+ on a huge 65" OLED 4K TV and 7.2 Klipsch Surround Sound with a large sectional providing seating for the whole family. Outside on the back patio you will find outdoor seating with a fire pit, a hot tub for 5, and a 6 burner BBQ

The Shire

Beautiful two-story home just minutes from downtown Middleton. The master has a king-sized bed, soaker tub, and a separate shower. Four additional bedrooms each offer queen-sized beds. In the office there is an infrared sauna. The bonus has a tv and games. The living room boasts an impressive 18-foot ceiling. Outside, enjoy the hot tub and bbq area—great for relaxing evenings. We’re happy to provide cots and sleeping pads, making this home a great fit for sports teams or large groups

Only minutes from shopping, food, entertainment, parks, this home has it all. Beautiful walking path directly behind the home in a mature neighborhood with lots of trees. Whether you're here for family, fun, business, exploring Boise or just to get away, this is home away from home.

Private river-front guesthouse (studio).

Come for the river view and stay for the relaxation. Our studio is a private, separate guesthouse just a few steps from the south channel of the Boise River. It overlooks the river, has private parking and a private entrance. This studio suite includes a king-size bed, a kitchenette, and a private outdoor patio on the river. The kitchenette includes a range, dishwasher, refrigerator, a portable washing machine, and dryer.

Sleepy Bear Lodge

Our property is located outside of the town of Caldwell in a county setting. Our neighbors on both sides have farm animals making for a unique experience. We are minutes from multiple golf courses. Shopping is 10-15 minutes away. Boise Airport is about a 30 minute drive. And the Oregon border is a stone’s throw from here. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.
