Monkeys and rare birds can be seen in the big private yard. The house is 800 metres from the town - making it quiet and peaceful. The neighborhood is friendly and helpful. There are bake shops and other shops to buy daily needs within 100 metres.The beach and the surfing points are 10 minute walk.Walking distance to town
