Close to most attractions, entertainment and interstate. Street parking easily available in front of unit. Pet friendly. This 1928 midtown apartment is located in the Historic Evergreen District and is a renovated 4-plex building. Cleaned with CDC standards, surfaces sanitized, doorknobs and remotes all wiped clean. This is an first floor unit but does have stairs up to the building in front. Spacious 1,000 sq ft, well appointed, comfortable, and soothing. Street parking easily available in front or private parking for one vehicle in back.

It's also under a quarter mile to Overton Park - home of the Memphis Zoo, Memphis College of Art and the Brooks Museum. Ten minutes to downtown and Beale Street and 15 minutes to the airport and Graceland.
