It's a small 45 sq.m house 50m walking distance to the beach. It's a genuine beach house in the family farm at the eastern seaside suburbs of Kalamata. Διαθέτει ιδιωτικό μπαλκόνι και βλέπει απέναντι άλλο κτίριο, ενώ από το πλάι αριστερά βλέπει θάλασσα και δεξιά κτήμα με ελαιόδεντρα. Η πρόσβαση γίνεται είτε από την πυλωτή του κτιρίου (Parking), από τις σκάλες, είτε από τη ράμπα εισόδου στην πρόσοψη του κτιρίου και κατόπιν με σκάλες για τον 2ο όροφο.

The balcony provides an amazing view of Messinian bay. It's also surrounded by a big garden, which has historical interest as there used to be a threshing floor aged 300 years. The sunset from the balcony with a glass of wine is a unique experience that one has to experience as highly recommended!
