Escape from it all at our tranquil getaway in the woods. Wander the trails exploring nature on this 26 Acre wooded property, including 1000 ft of frontage along Little Rock Creek. Gather with family & friends for a BBQ on the large screened porch and adjoining deck, play bags or shoot hoops in the spacious yard or just enjoy watching the wildlife and listening to the owls hooting back & forth. With 2 kitchens and 2 laundry areas, smart TVs throughout this is the ideal spot for family gatherings

Enjoy a peaceful countryside retreat at this charming Barndominium set on 6.5 private acres, accommodating up to 8 guests This spacious getaway features an 18' x 36' private pool with a hot spa and a solar-heated pool room for year-round relaxation. Victory Reigns Ranch Horse Hotel and Bed and Breakfast boasts a beautiful ranch setting close to Deer Run Forest Preserve, Oak Ridge Forest Preserve and other equestrian trails. *Come with or without your horse. We also have an RV hookup if needed along with spacious trailer and RV parking. *If interested in horse boarding during your stay a 12 x 12 barn stall is $35 per night. Private pasture turn out available for $25 per horse per night. Trailer hook up is $35 per night per trailer.

LHOTP (Lil House On The Prairie)

Lil House On The Prairie (LHOTP) is aptly named because it’s located on the edge of Nachusa Grassland’s 1,000 acre south Bison pasture. The 100+ herd of free ranging Bison can often be viewed right along the boundary fence to the west! This recently remodeled two bedroom cottage can sleep six with two queen size beds and with a pull out sofa bed. LHOTP offers a quiet, convenient, and comfortable place to base your adventures from. Behaved dogs & responsible owners welcome!

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Head to our many state parks, take a boat ride down the Illinois River, be adventurous and skydive at Skydive Chicago and the list goes on. This two-bedroom 1 bath house welcomes you with all the amenities to feel right at home. Sleeps 3 adults comfortably. (1-Queen Bed and 1 full size bed) It has a fully stocked kitchen. washer/dryer and outdoor seating/dining.

We have a cozy one bedroom apartment that is available on the top floor of the home and has its own independent and separate entrance! Comes with free parking on premises; recently renovated; neighborhood is safe and quiet. Shopping center with grocery store, laundry mat and restaurant is available within walking distance! We are only 5 minutes from the expressway I-88 and 10 minutes from Naperville and the outlet mall in Aurora!
