This villa is a Seaside facility, you can access Gümbet Beach in 20 meters.Villa has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathroom inside. 1 wc on poolside.(Total 3)All bedrooms have their own A.C System, walls are 90cm widht and this is a natural stone house which builded almost a century ago. We ve fully equipet Kitchen. High speed wifi all around house. Original woods from 1930’s are still serving on floor. An ancient greek villa renovated in 2024

Beach house with an amazing view

Site içinde olup grup ve aile seyahatleri için mükemmeldir. Havaalanına 20 dakika, Bodrum merkeze ise 35 dkdır. Sitenin denize en ön sırasındadır, 64 adımla siteye özel denize ulaşabilirsiniz. Şezlong/duş imkanı sunmaktadır. Çocuk plajı da vardır. Site içinde market bulunmaktadır, yakınında ise süper marketler ve restoranlar vardır. Bahçesi denize bakan, eşsiz bir gün batımı manzarası sunmaktadır. Mutfak malzemeleri tamdır. Salonda klima yatak odalarında ise tavan pervanesi mevcuttur.

Modern 3BR Bodrum beach house with a sunset view

This stunning and spacious 3 bedroom house is set in a quiet seaside village with amazing ocean and sunset views. The house is very stylishly designed with top fittings and furnishings. The pool gets lots of sun all day and the beach is a short walk away. Bodrum airport is just 15min drive from the house. Please note that during Winter the pool will not be in use & there may be very minor house construction noise within 100m of the house between the end of October and the end of May.
