Milatos Beach - Renovated cozy house

Our house is located in Milatos;a largely unspoilt, traditional village in Crete's Lasithi region and it’s divided into the inland and the beach. Milatos inland is a picturesque place surrounded by olive groves, where you can stroll through its narrow streets,spot traditional homes and visit the cave just outside the village. Milatos beach is a by-the-sea development where you can visit the fishing harbor and its sandy and calm beach, nearby taverns and several pebble beaches and secluded coves.

A two level stone house, fully equipped, with a fantastic mountain view that ensures an unrivalled holiday experience in an authentic Cretan village. Hidden from the busy destinations, but close to all amenities and only a few minutes’ drive from lovely beaches. An area excellent for touring, walking, cycling, following nature trails, bird watching and experiencing Cretan gastronomy. Accommodates 4 (double bed on the 1st floor, sofa bed in the living room). Ideal for couples, families & friends.

The villa is located 80 meters from the sea, in the picturesque village of Sissi. With sea and mountain views, this luxury property is close to all local amenities. An ideal combination for the perfect summer holiday with family or friends. The spacious outdoor area offers a large sun terrace with sun beds and a 35 m² swimming pool. Our villa features a heated pool (Optional). In April, May and October, the heating is complimentary. Outside of these months, a small fee of €10 per day applies.

The surrounding area is rich in ancient history, with many gorgeous beaches, gorges, and archeological sites to visit.

In a little village, which is only a half hour away from the airport of Heraklion and it <<smells>> sea and thyme, we created an environmentally friendly apartment with flavor of an island and Greek color.

Villa Kalliopi is ideally located just 3 km from the picturesque town of Agios Nikolaos and Lake Voulismeni. The distance from the sea is 20 meters with easy and comfortable access. It is a two-storey maisonette at 50 square meters.There are gardens around the house, a traditional stone well. At the same time you will find a stone table in which shade is created from the foliage of the olive trees.
