The Little Stone House

Discover the traditional charm and absolute tranquility of Pelion. Wake up to the sound of the waves and savor the beauty of the sea. The house is adjacent to the sandy beach. On the first floor, it has 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and a double sofa-bed On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and a traditional stone-built bed. The toilet is located in the courtyard. It has outdoor dining areas in the 3 courtyards that surround it with stunning views and a beautiful garden.

Villa Elysium #1 is a newly house. It is located in a quiet area, surrounded by nature and overlooking the Aegean Sea. It has a private balcony and a private parking. The distance from house to Kamari beach is 500m, to the small port 300m and to the Ai-Giannis beach 1,2km. The nearest village Keramidi,where you can find small markets and restaurants,is only 5km away(10min with car). At Kamari beach you can find shops with food and coffee. At Ai-Giannis beach you can find a cafe-restaurant.

Kala Nera is also a great starting point for outdoor activities such as hiking, horse riding, swimming in the crystal clear waters of the beaches of Pelion and skiing between January and March. This would be an ideal holiday home for you if you love being outdoors, in nature and enjoy exploring.

Unser großer Garten mit dem liebevoll renovierten ebenerdigen Steinhaus und angeschlossenem Studio liegt nur 10 Gehminuten vom Meer entfernt. Milina bietet viele Strände in der näheren Umgebung, Tavernen, Supermärkte, Apotheke und ATM. Ein idyllischer Fischerhafen und Strandbars lassen Urlaubsstimmung aufkommen. Der große Garten mit Erfrischungs-Pool (2 x3 m) und Aussen-Dusche, Trampolin und einem Gemüsegarten eignen sich besonders für Familien mit Kindern. Haustiere sind willkommen.

Just one minute away from the famous pillows bars and a few minutes away from the sea! In a very quite neighbourhood very close to the port of Skiathos (400m), the bus stop (number 4, 500m) and 2,5km to the airport. The house has fast internet connection and 43inch smart tv (Netflix, YouTube, Cosmote tv ext)

Studio No1 is 1 of the 3 studios of the first floor of the house, next to the beach. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and 2 beds (double-single) comfortable for 3 people stay. It has a balcony with sea view. In front of the house there is a garden and a big yard where guests can relax watcing the sea view. There is available space for parking, use of barbeque and an additional external shower.
