The cottage includes wifi and a 55" smart tv. There is a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The property is surrounded by large pine trees and lots of privacy. This property is located on Ox Lake which is private. The property has 16 acres. It is a short six block walk to Manhattan Beach Lodge for dining.

The River Lodge sits on a peaceful 5 acres on the banks of the Mississippi River featuring three levels with 7 bedrooms plus additional sleeping areas in the loft and game room, making it possible to fit up to 22 guests. With 3 additional living rooms all with smart TVs, 5 bathrooms, a game room with ping pong, several outdoor sitting areas, a beautiful fire pit patio and lawn games to enjoy, there's fun for all!

Enjoy our 1 bd/1 ba cabin! It has a full kitchen, screened porch, washer/dryer & shares a 4-acre wooded lot with the adjacent Clubhouse with a stretching/exercise room, outdoor hot tub & barrel sauna you can use. The lot has a private tennis court & 1/4 mile walking trail. Nice streets to walk or ride in the neighborhood, and downtown Nisswa and the Paul Bunyan Trail are a short 1 mile walk, bike ride or drive away. DOG FRIENDLY! The cabin is professionally cleaned between every reservation.

Treehouse (LOTR) Stargazer Skycabin

Our LOTR themed treehouse, along with our LOTR Wizard's Cottage, have been described as a "love letter to Tolkien himself." We have been featured on PBS and WJON radio. Joan and I live on the acreage, about 200 ft. from the Wizard's Cottage and very far from the treehouse, which is located on the back part of the acreage. It has a fenced-in portion that makes up the Shire Garden. Down the hill is our nod to Mordor. Feel free to visit and dare to open the "Mor Do(o)r." Diversity is welcome.

If you're a biker, we are 2 miles from the Paul Bunyan trail and 45 minutes from the Cuyuna Lakes MTB Trails. We allow 1 well-trained pet under 40lbs with approval.
