The building has 24-hour security as well as a shared club house, swimming pool and laundromat. Both bedrooms are en-suite, one room is a double & the other has 2 single beds. Lift works during loadshedding. There's an inverter which can run the TV, WiFi and a light during loadshedding. Cape Town city is 20 minutes away and accessible by car or MyCiti bus.
