The sea is just 50m away. It consists of one bedroom with one queen bed, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom (with complimentary toiletries), smart TV, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. You can enjoy food & drinks on its terrace with spectacular view of the deep blue Aegean. The port of Adamas is 5 min away with a car.

Is a property located in Klima the most picturesque fishing village The visitor is surrounded by beautiful multicolored boat houses called sirmata where the fishermen used to store their boats You can start the day with a dip in the sea a few steps from Klima Beach and then relax at the boat -house . In addition, the location of the house surely gives generously the most beautiful sunset images. During evening the sound of the waves travels the visitor through dreams full of unique images

Spread across two floors, the windmill features a cozy living room on the ground floor & a comfortable bedroom with an attached WC on the upper floor. Step outside and be greeted by breathtaking panoramic views of the gulf of Adamas.

The suite of 40sq.m on the ground floor offers a terrace with direct access to the sea and along with its interior architecture and the existence of a rock, it gives the feeling of staying in a "cave". The suite is open plan and consists of a double bed, living room, two sofa beds, fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
