Our Walker's Point house is recently renovated, nearly everything is new. Relax in this stylish space which includes a private backyard, w/rear & front decks. Located next to cafes and some of Milwaukee's best restaurants. It is also within walking distance to the Summerfest grounds. We are minutes from Downtown Milwaukee, bike trails and the pedal taverns are just a block away from the house. Included are 2 off street parking spaces directly across from unit. We’ve just added a new hot tub!

Located right on South Shore Park with views of Lake Michigan. Just a 3 minute walk to South Shore Beach and the Oak Leaf Trail, and just a 6 minute drive to downtown Milwaukee. This two story treetop loft occupies the upper two levels of a large historic house and has a large 400 sqft 2nd story deck overlooking the park and lake with a 4' natural gas fire bowl. Also features indoor bioethanol fireplace and full bar with a wine-chiller. The perfect place to kick back and relax with friends!

One bedroom lower of duplex in residential neighborhood. Bright and cheery atmosphere, I keep a lot of my things here, but there is also plenty of room for yours. TV in living room with netflix, fast wi-fi shared with upper unit. Great restaurants and bars within walking distance. Air conditioning is window unit in bedroom only. We allow children and pets but unit is not child proofed or pet proofed and there is no available baby equipment. Pets are limited to 1-2 well behaved animals.
