My Cozy Place- For the Budget Traveler-29 day max!

This cozy unit is a converted rec room located on the bottom floor of a two story house that includes a living room, a separate bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a small kitchenette /laundry room (cold water). The kitchenette includes a microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, coffee pot, utensils, and refrigerator. The unit can be locked with key. STEPS are required for entry. Not recommended for guests with mobility issues. Extra guests are each charged $5 per day. NO smoking/vape inside.

Our large (1,500sq ft) space (private access), has a bedroom, bathroom, living room w/ a fireplace, hot tub, full gym as well as a kitchenette w/ full sized fridge, keurig, microwave, air fryer, toaster oven, single burner, and laundry facility. Smart tvs, hammocks and a rooftop firepit are in the outdoor entertainment area. LGBT & BIPOC friendly. Gym, hot tub and laundry are shared with owners but guests have priority access. Close to Mt Hood Wilderness (45mins) & Downtown Portland (15mins).

Located two blocks from the Springwater Corridor — a 21-mile paved trail for walkers and bikers — in the quiet neighborhood of Ardenwald, you’ll find The Hummingbird Cottage. This whimsical 1930s garden cottage is less than one mile from the charming streets of Sellwood, home to quaint coffee shops and restaurants, boutique shopping, and the iconic Sellwood Riverfront Park. The cottage features organic cotton sheets and goose down comforters in each room and a renovated spa-like main bathroom.

Milwaukie Riverfront Guest House

Incredibly majestic river-front guest house. This is the ultimate romantic getaway and peaceful retreat. Large windows and double french doors look out on the Willamette river from the cottage living room and loft sleeping area. It includes a semi-private rocky beach, and a large manicured lawn with fire pit. Kayaks are available for use, and guests are welcome to bring their own too! The guesthouse has its own drive-way, and is completely separate from the main-house grounds for privacy.
