Private studio suite (500 sq ft). The unit is on the lower half of this 2 level duplex (host lives upstairs), private entry is on the ground level, self check-in, off street parking. There is a kitchenette, private bathroom with a stand-up shower, washer & dryer, queen bed, high speed internet, expanded cable, Netflix/Amazon Prime. Also, there is a lovely private patio for your enjoyment with a fire table. The space is warm and inviting, very safe location, great neighborhood and dog friendly.

Peaceful neighborhood, walk everywhere! Safety is our top priority. The Magic House is in the heart of Hawthorne's charming restaurant and boutique district: 3 blocks to SE Hawthorne & SE Division, 15 min to the airport, 10 min to Downtown and the Convention Center, 2 blocks to the Hawthorne Theatre. The 1909 Magic House was Todji's sculpture studio for 17 years, and we have done the restoration ourselves. We hope that you enjoy her unique character, up-cycled furnishings and artistry.

The Backyard Bungalow! Big Living; Small House

The Backyard Bungalow - featured on Portland's ADU tour - is the perfect hideaway amidst uncertain times. With its own secluded pathway, and detached from the main house, it offers as much privacy as desired. Once inside however, its 16ft vaulted ceiling and sunlit open-plan living area surprises with a sense of spaciousness and comfort. Its inner SE location is walking distance to Division St. restaurants and cafes, food carts, parks and playgrounds, as well as being a "biker's paradise".

Willow Tree Guesthouse

Pet friendly guest house in SE Portland 1 block from the heart of SE Division street. Located on a quiet dead-end street, with a full kitchen, ground floor bedroom/bathroom, spacious walk-in shower, and super cozy upstairs loft makes for the perfect work remote office. Grocery stores in every direction, neighborhood wine shop, and weed shop, restaurants and bars right around the corner. Location and walk score - 100! Gigabit fiber internet - good bandwidth for the digital nomads!

The MAX Orange line and downtown Milwaukie are only five minutes away. Built in 1928, the cabin has one bedroom and bathroom, living room, full kitchen and central heat. The bedroom has one queen bed and an en suite bathroom. There is a pull-out queen futon in the living room.
