Relax in a Gladstone oasis overlooking an untouched trail and forested area. A cozy, bright, and private spot. I hope you connect with my affinity for vintage art and clean lines! You’ll have the entire house and 1/3 acre to yourself. Less than 30 mins from most anywhere in Portland Metro, 10 mins to Oregon City, and 1 hr to Mt. Hood. This is a dog friendly (no cats), non-smoking house. The large yard is on a dead-end street, though not fenced. *Some uneven paths and slip hazards are present

My Cozy Place- For the Budget Traveler-29 day max!

This cozy unit is a converted rec room located on the bottom floor of a two story house that includes a living room, a separate bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a small kitchenette /laundry room (cold water). The kitchenette includes a microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, coffee pot, utensils, and refrigerator. The unit can be locked with key. STEPS are required for entry. Not recommended for guests with mobility issues. Extra guests are each charged $5 per day. NO smoking/vape inside.

Miranda's Lodge- cozy place with hot tub

Miranda's farm has been popular camping destination place in Molalla, OR during the summer. We decided to open Farm Lodge that will be welcoming guests all year around and close to the city, only 10min downtown Portland, 15min Airport. This dream home has been created with lots of love, imagination and farm style décor. Its cozy, sunny, happy, comfortable and healthy home, close to shopping and restaurants. Private entrance and fenced yard. Everything is brand new, you will want to stay forever.

This a fully private and detached guest house is quiet and relaxing. Walk down your very own pathway to a completely private, safe and secure patio with a quaint garden, a small yard and outdoor seating. With tall ceilings and a large nice bright kitchen, this place is very comfortable. Blackout curtains. Close to many desirables: Max Orange Line Commuter Train, Reed College, Woodstock, Sellwood, & East Moreland & Milwaukie Providence Hospital. Ride, walk or run along the Springwater Corridor.

Private studio suite (500 sq ft). The unit is on the lower half of this 2 level duplex (host lives upstairs), private entry is on the ground level, self check-in, off street parking. There is a kitchenette, private bathroom with a stand-up shower, washer & dryer, queen bed, high speed internet, expanded cable, Netflix/Amazon Prime. Also, there is a lovely private patio for your enjoyment with a fire table. The space is warm and inviting, very safe location, great neighborhood and dog friendly.

The Wee Humble Cottage

Cozy 1 bed, 1 bath, 100 yr old smoke/vape free cottage is conveniently located in Gladstone, OR; walking distance to local shops & antique mercantile. Within blocks of the confluence the Clackamas & Willamette Rivers. Just 1.5 mi from historic downtown Oregon City Main Street, Willamette Falls, Abernethy Center & End of the Oregon Trail Museum. Also conveniently located near the Trolley Trail Loop, a 19 mile long meandering walking/cycling trail through a series of quiet communities.

Private Back porch with bbq. Every room has heat keeping it nice and toasty on those cold, winter nights and AC for July's sultry, sticky evenings. Kitchen comes fully equipped. Large bathroom, and don't forget to use the huge washer and dryer to get your laundry in check.

Rustic Creekside Cabin

This tranquil hideaway feels like you're in the middle of the forest, but is just minutes from Portland. Relax next to the burbling creek surrounded by towering cedar trees. The MAX Orange line and downtown Milwaukie are only five minutes away. Built in 1928, the cabin has one bedroom and bathroom, living room, full kitchen and central heat. The bedroom has one queen bed and an en suite bathroom. There is a pull-out queen futon in the living room.
