Lovely, well maintained three bedroom, two bath cottage on a protected bay of Lake Simcoe. The cottage is located right on Lake Simcoe beside shared community park. cristal shallow water for Swim and kayak. The views are beautiful. With the property facing south enjoy plenty of sunshine from late morning to sunset. Great spot for winter fishing. Fully equipped kitchen Please note the water behind the backyard is shared by few neighbors and it’s not private , and the beach area is not private.

This is a tiny cottage in a sleepy little hollow that opens onto the Georgian Bay. Inside, each stone was carefully chosen and the woodwork was built, piece by piece, by two craftsmen who are highly skilled and passionate about repurposing. It's an art that will leave you in awe; especially if you're worried about climate crisis. The coat hangers are upcycled 100-year-old railway spikes! Our little cottage sits nestled in pines overlooking beautiful Kamaniskeg Lake. We are near Algonquin Park. The recent renovations include a tastefully decorated space with the feel of a cozy Canadian cabin.. The beds are excellent. You can enjoy the view and ambience sitting on the screened in porch or sit lakeside on the patio. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen and bed and bath linens . Satellite tv as well.
