Trailer access pull-thru private parking area with a beautiful lighted walking bridge that leads you to the chalet. A beautiful getaway with a spiral staircase leading you to the 2nd story covered porch with a wraparound walking deck. Large firepit area with dried fire wood. Large 12ft by 12ft hammock beside fire pit area. Two person copper tub; private outdoor shower; hot tub and large bed swing. Loft bedroom. Free WIFI. Park Series charcoal grill outside. Newly built 14/36 500 sq. ft. cabin. Two bedrooms, kitchen, living area and full bath. Sleeps six. Located 1/8 of a mile from Devil Anse trailhead and Matewan, Wv. Located within 500 feet of restaurants, gas, groceries, carry out, bar and grill, etc Includes access to a private dock right on the beautiful Tug River for your relaxation, fishing, kayaking, fire pits, picnic table, horseshoe pits, and more. Atv wash station with power washer. Laundry service available upon request.

Backcountry Basecamp 4 bedrooms, close to trails

Parking available for several trucks and trailers! The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Perfect trail riding house, approximately 2.2 miles from Rockhouse trailhead, no trailering needed! From this house you will be able to access Rockhouse, Devil Anes and Buffalo Mountain trails, without trailering. After a long day of riding, enjoy the backyard with a covered patio with bench seating and BBQ.

Wild Horse Trail Lodge @ HMT

The Wild Horse Trail Lodge is conveniently located on the Tug Fork River. We are 7 miles from Matewan WV, Devils Anse Hatfield & McCoy trail heads. Directly across the street, you’ll find access to the KY Outlaw trails, home to many wild horse herds and miles of endless ATV trails. Inside the home you’ll find comfortable accommodations for 8 guests. On the rear of the house, is a 40ft deck over looking the river. Riding, Fishing, swimming, & more!

Peaceful, safe, trail access

Wildwood Cabins sits right on the Guyandotte River and the views are amazing and peaceful. We are only 250 yards from trail 17 of the RockhousTrail and only five minutes from the grocery store, restaurants, and gas stations in downtown Gilbert. We can leave trail permits and maps in the cabin for you so there's no need to worry about running those down. Our cabins are very well kept and clean.

This cozy little cabin is the closest lodge to Braveheart and Rockhouse Trailheads. Located on the Guyandotte river, park your rig and ride your ATV’s anywhere. Located in a quiet, peaceful community, you will see kids riding their bicycles, duck and geese in the backyard and a puppy or two needing a belly rub!
