El Villa on Efts

Located 7 minutes away from Franciscan University and 15 minutes from Key Bank pavilion (Starlake) Where wildlife roam free and relaxation takes over, El Villa on Efts is the place for you. If you are looking for an extended stay or a quick get away, this charming villa is just what you need. Cozy Getaway

This self-contained apartment is located in the lowest level of our nearly 100yr old home. We are located 4 min from FUS. You will have an exterior access door that faces our garage and parking in our driveway. Although there is one bedroom and one bathroom in the unit, there is room for an air mattress (on request) or pack-n-play (available in apt) to be set up, either in the bedroom or the living room. The kitchen has some cooking and dining equipment in it to make meal prepping possible.
