Welcome to the Cuyuna Wattage Cottage! We built this ultramodern cabin to be an energy-efficient retreat for you to enjoy after biking, hiking, snowmobiling, or otherwise exploring this beautiful area. You’ll love viewing a sunrise through two story windows in the main living space or warming up by the fireplace. Located a 1/2 mile away from the Cuyuna mountain bike trail system Yawkey trails. 1/2 to the beach, 2 mi. to Crosby. It is the only house on the street, on seven acres. Great privacy!

If guests decide to go out, the Perham area offers a variety of attractions including shopping, hiking, golfing, and dining. Come unwind, life is good on the lake! (Available year round.)

Wake up to the sunrise over Lake Superior. Listen to crashing waves or enjoy a winter ski retreat. This bright space offers incredible views and sits on a stunning, rocky shoreline. Spend the day reading by the fire or venture to nearby trails for a day of skiing, snowshoeing, and hiking. Just miles from Lutsen Ski Resort, sweet restaurants, a winery, and more. End the day in the private jet tub or enjoy the building's hot tub, sauna, outdoor fire pits, and panoramic deck.

Treehouse (LOTR) Stargazer Skycabin

Our LOTR themed treehouse, along with our LOTR Wizard's Cottage, have been described as a "love letter to Tolkien himself." We have been featured on PBS and WJON radio. A manager lives on the acreage, about 200 ft. from the Wizard's Cottage and very far from the treehouse, which is located on the back part of the acreage. It has a fenced-in portion that makes up the Shire Garden. Down the hill is our nod to Mordor. Feel free to visit and dare to open the "Mor Do(o)r."

This beautiful little cabin sits on the water edge on Indian Lake. Great Lake to fish on. There is a swimming raft that you can swim to along with a paddle boat. Great access to snowmobile trails. This is a small place on a septic system. Not far from Annandale or Maple Lake . 2 vehicle parking. Please note docks come out of water labor day weekend each year. Pontoon rental $200 per day with Gas, $50 cleaning fee if not clean. Fish house rental available.
