We are on a 3 acre plot of land set back from Highway N with a dock on Plum Lake . We are 2 miles west of Sayner. There is a wonderful hiking and biking trail right across Hwy N in front of our place. The snowmobile trail runs there too and also down on the lake in front of us. There is a golf course up town, tennis courts and children's playground. The Sayne r Pub , uptown serves excellent food. There are several unique shops, 3 different churches and a fantastic museum.

I provide exceptional communication and top notch responsiveness. You won't be disappointed with your stay!

Ski in/Ski out condo on Black River Basin Mtn. Spacious living areas and bedroom, with full kitchen and full bathroom. Fast WiFi, sauna, cable, ski lockers, and fireplace (wood provided). Great area all year round, especially for skiers and snowmobilers. Close to many waterfalls, hikes, and about 30 mins from Lake Superior. Also about a 5 minute drive to Jackson creek summit, which is another ski hill available with your pass. No pets, no smoking

This is a top floor two-story condo overlooking a beautiful forested area above the Powdermill Creek. The condo was totally remodeled in 2020 with new kitchen, bathroom, carpet, fixtures, and more.

Full condo with one queen bed in the bedroom and pull out couch in the living area. Can sleep 4 comfortably. You also have access to a full kitchen. Enjoy Snow River Ski Resort and snowmobile trails just yards away from the property in the winter or hiking the porcupine mountains and other outdoor activities in the summer! We kindly ask for no pets at this time.
