Entire House- you will have the main level of a stacked duplex. There are 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and a view of the Miramichi River from your private large deck. You will enjoy an open-concept fully equipped kitchen extending into the living room. A mini split will keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Plenty of parking and within walking distance of downtown and many other amenities. This is great for work stays, visits to the "Chi" or longer stays. Enjoy your time!

Steps to waterfront, enjoy striped bass fishing, swimming, canoeing, kayaking...A few minutes drive to town for essentials! Kick back around the fire pit, BBQ and play lawn games. Equipped with all the basics for up to 6 guests and is ideally suited for ages 6 yrs+. Notes: 2nd bedroom is an open loft area, shared driveway access with house at the road. 1 pet maximum. This log cottage is the perfect place to gather with friends and family amongst our developing Nature Resort property. This Cottage has 5 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, Living room with couch, love seat, chair, wood burning fireplace, large kitchen, dining room table and large wrap around veranda. There is also a parking area, private BBQ, Washer/Dryer and Fire pit. The large veranda has patio table and chairs for 6. There is a portable air conditionair and each room has a fan.

Kapusta (Sunrise) 2 bedroom Cottage

Located right on the Miramichi River, this cottage, with over 650 sq feet of space has everything you would want for a very private, peaceful setting. Wifi included! This 2 bedroom cottage can sleep 4 comfortably has a open living room/kitchen area and is fully equipped to serve all your needs. Full 3 piece bathroom. Pets welcome but this is a shared space and dogs should be on a leash when outside if other cottages are out. Absolutely no pets on the furniture
