Historic Arched Apartment in the Heart of Arezzo

In the old town centre of Arezzo, next to Casa Vasari, rises up the sixteenth century building, owned in the past by the Ubertini family. A few steps away from all the attractions of the city, the old kitchens of the building have been transformed into an elegant and comfortable guesthouse, rich in charm in every detail. The interior design is well-finished and, making every detail stand out, is finely furnished with traditional carpets and antique pieces. Locanda Bellavita is an apartment for up to 7 people, on the ground floor with an independent entrance. Casina ideale per chi cerca intimità e relax.Solo una!Ambiente curato dotato di ogni comfort . Ospita due persone ed un bimbo fino a 3 anni. Una vasca inglese nella camera matrimoniale. Casa perfetta per bikers con garage per biciclette. All’esterno un grande giardino completamente recintato ed un patio in esclusiva dove è servita la colazione. Barbecue a disposizione. Casa etica in Umbria

E' un annesso di 60 mq adatto a coppie che vogliono visitare la nostra regione. Non abbiamo piscina ma abbiamo la tartufaia, il torrente, i caprioli, istrici, cinghiali, i nostri gatti e la cagnetta Moti. Nel giardino troverete erbe frutta e prodotti dell'orto. Dentro la casetta che affittiamo avrete a disposizione il nostro olio di oliva, e liquore di elicriso che produciamo noi. In realtà produciamo anche lo zafferano però questo lo vendiamo ! Naturalmente gli animali sono i benvenuti !
