Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. This house is equipped with running water as well as electric current and Wi-Fi. It contains al the necessary household appliances and if you are by car, free private parking is provided a few hundred meters away, in the family house.

The house is located in a secluded area with the pool which offers a beautiful panoramic view of the entire Brač channel. Only a few minutes by car separates you from the center of Postira. In total intimacy you are separated from the city and noise and you have everything in accommodation for a complete vacation with lots of content and a heated pool.

You have the whole house for you. It has one bedroom with double bed and living room with a sofa. Sofa is not for sleeping. Kitchen is fully equipped without oven . Bathroom has a shower. Parking is not available.
